the aspect ratio is weird on this - looks like a polaroid. i'd love to see less of the ground and more of what's to the left and the right. the trees and their shadows are very dramatic!

Heh... I kinda thought view camera. It looks slightly gimmicky but only slightly. The same kind of effect could be gained by using... well a tilt on a view camera. Eery, cool, reminds me of some work a friend of mine did in college shooting at night. Good stuff.
Love the effect. It's so sci-fi. Pretty sure part of my next short story is taking place there!

When I first saw this I almost thought it was a photograph of a miniature model. I agree with Eoconnors, very sci-fi. I like it!
